Reno,NV,USA -The Reno Gazette-Journal, by GERALDA MILLER -8 June 2007: -- The fleet of buses that roll down Virginia Street now includes two environment-friendly hybrid buses... The vehicles, powered by diesel and electricity, were placed in service Thursday on Route 1 from downtown Reno to Meadowood Mall... With a scene of the Sierra and "breathe easy" inscribed on one side, the buses get better gas mileage, spew fewer emissions and have less noise pollution, officials said...
