Others are putting their cars on the sideline, at least for now. West Chester resident Joe Macke has started taking the Metro Express to his job, saving him at least two gallons every day... Metro spokeswoman Sally Hilvers said Macke is among a growing number of commuters choosing to let someone else do the driving...
