Austin,TX,USA -The Community Impact Newspaper -5 November 2008: -- Capital Metro is operating at a reduced service level following the Nov. 5 strike by Amalgamated Transit Union Local 1091, the group which represents most of Capital Metro's bus operators and mechanics... Service will focus on the busiest routes and those that serve major destinations from 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. daily. No fares will be charged during the strike. Capital Metro will add additional service as resources become available...
