Fights on school buses are rarely a problem, drivers say. Most infractions are minor ones, like changing seats, throwing objects out the window or moving around on the bus... Though the surveillance systems are expensive, they are effective at curbing bad behavior and pay for themselves by reducing vandalism, local transportation directors say...
