NIGHT BUSES * UK - End of the Road for
Nottingham City,UK -This is Nottingham - 6 October 2007: -- Transport (NCT) is set to axe some night buses because they are losing cash... Its four Night Rider routes which run between 1am and 5am Monday to Thursday, will be withdrawn from November 24... The company says the 96, 97, 98 and 99 services have lost £105,000 in the last 18 months... The buses average only 8.5 passengers per trip...
