TEMPE,Ariz,USA -KOLD/TV (Tucson,AZ) -20 April 2007: -- Tempe is getting ready to roll out some 20-passenger buses that will serve the downtown area and the Arizona State University campus... The FLASH buses are the size of a small recreational vehicle and will run though neighborhoods... But the plan has sparked fierce opposition from residents of an area south of ASU... Critics say the buses would run every 15 minutes and pull over in bike lanes, which would force bicyclists to stop, jump on the sidewalk or swerve into traffic...
