Compared with Fort Collins-based A Royalty Coach's new party bus, the double-decker bus of English fame seems like a Mini Cooper... Nicknamed "King of the Road," the bus is 50-feet long and two giant stories high. And when it's completely finished in about a month, riders will be able to order a drink or a hot dog, play poker in the back or lounge across one of 80 seats...
