* Australia - Govt ready to overrule states on school bus seat belts
Australia -ABC Online -Aug 2, 2007: -- Federal Roads Minister Jim Lloyd says he is considering overriding the states to mandate the installation of seat belts in all school buses... Today Mr Lloyd told a road safety summit in Sydney that all states agreed to a voluntary code in 2005... But he says New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania are resisting the change...
