It was the 21st year in a row Noblesville passed the annual check up... The inspections -- which check lights, mirrors, seats, emergency exits, fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, brakes, engines, exhaust systems and more -- are conducted annually in every school district on every bus before a new school year begins...
