New fleet * India - To replace 85 old buses
Chandigarh,India -The Chandigarh Newsline, by Sandeep Yadav -March 9, 2007: -- The Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) will soon replace its 85 old buses with new ones for long-distance routes... The CTU has taken a decision that all these 85 buses will be slowly phased out since the vehicles are older than eight years... According to officials, an order worth Rs 5.4 crore has been placed with Tata and Ashok Leyland for the purchase of 85 new chassis...
