Police were called when the bus, taken from near a depot, was spotted being "driven erratically" in Seghill, near Blyth, Northumberland on Friday night... When police requests to stop failed, metal stinger devices were laid on the road, puncturing the bus's tyres... Three 18-year-olds and a 19-year-old, arrested on suspicion of aggravated vehicle taking, were released on bail...
* USA - Homeland security firm sells devices for New York school buses
