* UK - 14 Pupils hurt on school bus
Blackpool,England,UK -The Blackpool Today -10 Oct 2006: -- Two children suffered suspected broken arms and 12 others were taken to hospital today after their school bus braked to avoid crashing into a van... Pupils from Hodgson High and Baines High in Poulton were flung forwards when the driver of the bus slammed on the brakes at 8.30am this morning... A spokeswoman for Hodgson High School said: "The bus had to break very fast and some children have been thrown forwards. We have 10 children that have gone to hospital"... (See photo)
