CityBus plans to spend its increased revenue for 2006 on a variety of capital expenditures. They include: Purchasing two full-sized buses for $610,823. Using federal money from other sources, the service plans to replace at least another three of its older buses... Officials of CityBus announced in February that the number of riders on its buses was 4.26 million in 2004, more than double the 1.7 million who rode in 1998...
