Bus and diesel truck emissions will get a lot cleaner next year because of new government-mandated improvements in fuel- and diesel-engine technology... Faced with new state and federal regulations, refiners are reformulating diesel to reduce pollutants such as sulfur and smog-forming nitrogen oxides... Waco Transit already is starting the switch to clean diesel, even before the blends are widely available...
