Anaheim,CAL,USA -Business Review, by Laura Clapper -Jul 25, 2010: -- The Anaheim Transportation Network (ATN) and NexGen Power Group, Inc. have announced a partnership to road test zero-emission, battery-powered transit buses. The buses will be retrofitted by NexGen to run on an electric operating platform... The buses, a 40-foot diesel and a 22-foot diesel will run on electric for a full day. The retrofit will take about six months to complete. When the test year is over, ATN has the option to lease the buses, sell them to NexGen or have them returned to diesel-running buses... ATN serves Anaheim and the outlying communities...
