Karachi,Pakistan -The Daily Times (Lahore,Pakistan), by Irfan Aligi -18 Mar 2008: -- Public transporters, with the exception of taxis and rickshaws, have announced they are on strike today (Tuesday) to protest the continuous increase in fuel prices... The decision was taken and agreed upon unanimously Monday morning at a meeting of the transport representatives at the Bus Owners Association (BOA) office... The meeting was presided over by the Karachi Transport Ittehad (KTI) President Syed Irshad Hussain Shah Bukhari...
