The following states already prohibit the use of cellphones behind the wheels of school buses: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Kentucky, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Tennessee and Texas... The next step in mobile use banning might be the use of cellphones behind the wheels of private cars; after the tragic death of a woman in a car accident by a teenager who was too busy with her SMS messaging while driving — it might just be a good solution for the problem... Although the word “use” can have several meanings. Text messaging? phone calls? and what about using earphones and focusing on the road? What do you think?...
