Buses Free * USA - Seniors Now Ride They
Scranton,PA,USA -WNEP-TV, by Josh Brogadir -August 6, 2007: -- A new state law makes it free for seniors to ride the bus anytime state wide and COLTS, Lackawanna County's public transportation system, is on board with the new plan... For years it's been free for seniors to get on public buses in Lackawanna County at 10:30 a.m...
