Kampala,Uganda -The Monitor, Uganda, by EMMANUEL GYEZAHO -August 14, 2007: -- Parliament heard yesterday that plans to revolutionalise Kampala's transport network with the introduction of commuter buses are still on course, in fact some 200 of them will be on the streets next year...
