Shop hard for them, and buy articulated buses from some factory in Eastern Europe, where they make buses that rust really, really fast. Or buy buses with tiny, uncomfortable plastic seats, perched at weird angles... Toss in some dirt and some bad poetry in both official languages, charge an arm and a leg for it, screw over retailers so no one sells bus tickets, make it completely useless on weekends, and you have OC Transpo...
