Teen Lobbying * USA - Ramapo's one, wants school buses to use "green" fuel

Levan Thomas, 17, says that biodiesel - which can be made from plant oils such as canola oil and sunflower oil - produces far fewer harmful emissions than traditional diesel fuel...
