West Palm Beach,FL,USA -The Florida Today (Melbourne,FL)/AP -17 Nov 2006: -- One person was killed and 11 were injured Thursday after a bus carrying senior citizens was hit by a truck, authorities said. The bus, operated by a Jewish community center, was traveling in West Palm Beach when it was struck by a Speedy Rooter truck at about 9:30 a.m., said Palm Beach County Fire-Rescue spokesman Don DeLucia... The driver of the Speedy Rooter truck, Humberto Corrales, 59, was not hurt, said Ted White, a spokesman for the West Palm Beach Police Department. Initial witness reports indicate Corrales may have run a red light when he crashed into the bus, White said...
