Mumbai,India -The Daily News Analysis, by Surendra Gangan -Sept 04, 2006: -- The State government’s Home department has issued a circular asking city schools to comply with the Supreme Courts directives in school buses from next academic year... Additional driver, fire extinguishers and a teacher in the school bus are compulsory factors, the circular states... The circular issued last week to all schools has asked them to comply with the Motor Vehicle Act and Central Motor Vehicles Act, which were stated compulsory by a Supreme Court order a few years ago...
