Bus Service Inc. of Pickerington, Ohio, submitted the apparent low bid of $227,800 and $ 231,108 bid from Shepard Brothers Inc. of Canandaigua, N.Y... Leibensperger Transportation Sales Inc. of Macungie bid $234,148, and Rohrer Bus Service of Duncannon, Perry County, $240,824...
