Edwardsville, Ill, USA -Edwardsville Intelligencer, by Hilary Davidson -12 Dec 2005: -- If you have an all-terrain vehicle, a horse, a switchblade or a beer (or all of the above), and you take them on Madison County Transit property, bike trails or buses, or to public education institutions such as SIUE or School District 7, you could be fined up to $750, according to an ordinance passed by the Edwardsville City Council last week... Edwardsville City Attorney David Gerber said that the ordinance was requested by Madison County Transit in connection with the Franklin Avenue project, which has a bike trail tunneling under it...
