Wellington,New Zealand -Newstalk ZB -13 Dec 2005: -- The Transport Minister is staying out of a row over Wellington's trolley bus fleet... The Greens want David Parker to step in and help progress negotiations for 60 new trolley buses... A deal to buy the buses has been postponed because of a dispute over a $15 million upgrade of the buses' sub-stations... Transport Minister David Parker says it is a contractual matter that needs to be sorted out between Vector, Stagecoach and the regional council...
