Arkansas,USA -Arkansas Business -10 Nov 2005: -- A convoy of 50 “environmentally friendly” school buses manufactured in Conway by the IC Corp. headed for San Francisco on Wednesday for ultimate delivery to a school district there... The “Green Diesel Technology” buses are outfitted with International DT 466 diesel engines, which IC claims produce smokeless, odorless emissions containing 90 percent less hydrocarbons and particulate matter than standard bus engines. The new engines use ultralow-sulfur diesel fuel, which will become the standard fuel for diesel engines manufactured in 2007 and later. Because the ultralow-sulfur fuel is currently in limited supply, a fuel tanker truck will be traveling with the bus convoy, the company said in a press release...
