Don't Work - USA - Metro to Improve Destination Signs on Buses
Washington D.C., USA -ABC7 News7/AP -Nov 10, 2005: -- Metrobus riders should soon have a better idea of where they're going... Metro's budget committee has approved spending $680,000 to hire a contractor to maintain destination signs... Metro will replace the signs on 270 buses. Hundreds of new buses arriving over the next seven months also will have improved technology.... The chief operating officer for Metro's bus system says about 16 percent of the buses have destination signs that don't work...
