The cost to install the cameras on all 80 buses is $800,000, which came from a $9 million grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation... Tom Dugan, executive director of the Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority, told the Chattanooga Times Free Press that perhaps people will think twice about doing something wrong if they know they are being taped...
