London,UK -Reuters, by John Bowker and Hans Peters -May 21, 2009: -- British bus and rail group National Express is selling its London bus business to Dutch group NedRailways in a bid to reduce borrowings... The company, which analysts think may be forced into a rights issue to reduce its 1 billion pounds debt-pile, said on Thursday it agreed the sale for 32 million pounds ($50.54 million)...
