Paris,France -Automotive World (UK - subscription), by Glenn Brooks -10 March, 2008: -- MAN Camion & Bus France has announced a €60m (US$92.2) order, its largest yet, as the first of 186 low-floor MAN Lion's City articulated buses enters service with the Paris transport authority (RATP)... MAN states that the first 15 vehicles are fitted with a translucent concertina section supplied by ContiTech, which the company says addresses a passenger criticism of poor visibility in sections of articulated buses. Every vehicle in the order will be powered by common-rail diesel engines without urea additives, the company says, without providing more details.The Munich-based OEM has also announced an order for six double-deckers from Lausanne, its first order for such vehicles from the Swiss city...
