The new buses will reduce air pollution by 90 percent over older models, and are part of the CDTA's goal to improve services and increase capacity by replacing 20 percent of their fleet with modern electric-diesel vehicles... CDTA currently has 250 buses in its fleet; the bus company serves over 750,000 people in Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga and Schenectady Counties...
