Ron Kirkpatrick, the administrative assistant to Superintendent Carmine Gentile, said fungal and bacterial growths were found in the main biodiesel tank used to fuel up the district's buses... Kirkpatrick said the substance, which was of the same consistency of melted caramel, clogged up the buses' fuel filters and left the vehicles stalled...
