HAMID & ROYCE CHEAH -Feb 12, 2007: -- The deployment of policemen on express buses have proven to be effective in ensuring that drivers followed the law strictly while on the road... Federal traffic chief Senior Asst Comm II Datuk Nooryah Md Anvar said that following the move to have policemen travel with the passengers, the drivers have been found to be obeying traffic rules... She told reporters this after visiting the Jalan Duta Bus Terminal here on the first day of Ops Sikap XII yesterday... Twelve police personnel boarded various express buses yesterday as part of the campaign to ensure that drivers obeyed the laws...
