* USA - Bus crashes into house after collisionPortland,OR,USA -kgw.com (subscription), by FRANK MUNGEAM -Jan 6, 2007: -- A TriMet bus collided with a car on SE Woodstock early Saturday, knocking the driver from his seat. The bus then veered eastbound, striking a house... According to police, a Mitsubishi Lancer driven by 20-year-old Misty Garron was northbound on the I-205 northbound off ramp when it collided with a TriMet bus at the intersection with Southeast Woodstock Street... The force of the collision caused the driver of the bus, 43-year-old Monica Domingos, to fall out of the driver's seat... The bus then continued east bound striking a house... Officers received conflicting information from the available witnesses and had not determined who had the right of way... * USA - Several people injured when bus plows into apartment building
El Paso,TX,USA -ABC13 -6 Jan 2007: -- Several passengers were injured Friday when a coach bus bound for Mexico crashed into a downtown apartment building, police said... Twenty-four passengers were on the bus and an unknown number were taken to hospitals with minor injuries, said. No one in the apartment building was injured... It is unknown what caused the crash, Officer Chris Mears said... The bus, owned by the El Paso-Juarez Limousine Company, had just left the station when it struck a red brick, two-story apartment building across the street, officials said...
