They will replace some of the oldest vehicles in the state's fleet of 808 buses, with the first of the new models to be delivered in 2008...

Doha,Qatar -MENAFN/The Peninsula -11 Dec 2006: -- Qatari Ministry of Education has instructed concerned officials to replace the existing old school buses with new ones from January 2007... The department of Transportation, under the ministry, has already informed the owners of the school buses that their contracts would be terminated from early January... The old vehicles are all likely to be replaced by the new-look buses owned by The Public Transportation Company (Mowasalat), currently being operated for Asian Games.
