Summer ridership was significantly up from last year, said Jan Colyer, the executive director of Truckee North Tahoe Transportation Management Association, and Tahoe Area Regional Transit is looking to ramp up again for winter... The biggest demand is for frequency and nighttime options, she said... “The goal at some point is to have a seamless system that runs every 30 minutes,” said Ron Treabess, director of community planning with the North Lake Tahoe Resort Association...
