A Metlink study of more than 35,000 passengers conducted between April and June showed the amount of fare evasion on trams, trains and buses fell by two per cent... The drop follows a 3.5 per cent fall in evasion recorded in the second half of last year... Metlink is an organisation owned by the private operators of Victoria's tram and train networks. Its role includes advice on ticketing, revenue collection and customer feedback...
