On city buses - Canada - No coffee, just better service

After a decade of cutting the budget and services in the '90s and holding steady since, Hamilton Street Railway is growing... Hamilton is eligible to receive about $11.8 million annually, starting next year, with about $5.9 million available to add buses, replace older ones and out-of-date equipment...
