Organized by the Shanghai Committee of the Chinese Youth League, the refitted bus named "Mobile Happy Vehicle" contains eight computers, books and health education pamphlets... Students at Shanghai Wuzhong Primary School, a public migrant school in Xuhui District, were taught to play computer games and watch flash programs on the bus...
