Washington,DC,USA -WJLA/AP -March 07, 2006: -- Montgomery County Executive Doug Duncan is proposing a big boost in funding for transportation... Duncan says he will propose a 21 percent increase in funding for RideOn buses, which would allow 24 out of 83 routes to be expanded... He says it's projected that about 27 million passengers will use RideOn bus service in Montgomery County this year...
