RIDER COMPLAIN * UK - Angry passenger wages war on the buses
Manchester,UK -The Manchester Evening News, by Katherine Vine -April 9, 2010: -- A passenger is so fed up with his bus being late he has written to transport bosses EVERY DAY for three weeks to complain... Anthony Henderson, from Partington, has also set up a Facebook page about the unreliable 255 Stagecoach service to central Manchester... The 27-year-old office worker calculated that over 20 days it was a total of four hours 55 minutes late... Anthony says the bus – which is supposed to run every half hour – sometimes doesn’t arrive at all... He first wrote to Stagecoach last year but when nothing changed stepped up his campaign in the last few weeks – prompting bosses to add nine minutes to the journey time from next week...
