PUBLIC TRANSPORT * France - Chamonix buses - the good and the bad news
Chamonix Mont Blanc,Haute Savoie,France -Chamonet, by Caroline Face -31 Dec 2008: -- The fancy new buses in Cham, has been documented in the local media about the new delivery of uber environmentally buses to Chamonix Bus this winter, but that's not the only story in the story regarding public transport... Of the 12 new buses, 10 of them conform to new EU environmental standards that don't even come in until 2012, with highly efficient diesel engines that don't give off any more emissions than a natural gas-powered bus...
