Senior citizens have expressed concern that they were getting a raw deal in city bus services

They rued that in most of the buses; very often the seats reserved for senior citizens were occupied by others and requested to conductors fell on deaf ears... Many commuters complained at the Transport Adalat held here at RTO office on Tuesday that conductors in city buses were not issuing tickets after taking money... Another complaint was the reckless driving and over speeding. She assured the public that though timings were scheduled for city buses, she would ensure that buses do not ply on high speed... The City Bus Owner's Association office-bearers, bus agents, drivers and conductors association office-bearers were also present...
