Manila,Philippines -Agence France-Presse -13 Nov 2007: -- The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will begin installing microchips on buses in an effort to improve the city's chronic traffic congestion, an official said Tuesday... The microchips will allow the MMDA to monitor the movement of the capital's estimated 3,000 buses and dispatch them to areas where there is a large concentration of passengers, the agency’s general manager Robert Nacianceno said...
