In his first major announcement since replacing William Ramirez as the chief of the DMV, Commissioner Robert Ward announced that the DMV will now use the state Board of Education's criteria for screening teachers and coaches. This criteria would keep anyone arrested for a crime related to child abuse from driving a school bus...
