Upgraded - China - Overheating buses get cool upgrade
Shanghai,China -The Shanghai Daily, by Zhang Jun-16 Sept 2006: -- The city's seven new electric buses, six of which overheated and broke down last month, have been fitted with upgraded cooling devices, transport authorities said yesterday... The No. 11 route buses were now back on the road... "We are fully aware of the problems and we are sure the same malfunction will not happen again," said Chen Youkou, a top engineer with the Shanghai Modern Transport Construction and Development Company, which helped design the buses...
