Prospective drivers are disqualified from getting a state school bus driving certification for any of a host of crimes including sexual assault, commission of a crime using a motor vehicle, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, arrest or indictment for driving under the influence of alcohol, or leaving the scene of an accident...
