Apapa,Lagos,Nigeria -Vanguard, by Umoru Henry -August 07, 2006: -- In its move to nip the problem of transportation faced by residents in the Federal Capital Territory in the bud, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Mallam Nasir EL-Rufai has imported mass transport buses worth N350 million... the initiative was a joint venture between the administration and Sigwa motors, even as he said the funding was spare-headed by the FCT administration but provided by the presidency for the purchase of 42 buses costing about N330 million...
