Tiruchi,India -News Today -July 14, 2006: -- Union Minister for Environment and Forests A Raja flagging off new bus routes in Tiruchi today... Transport Minister K N Nehru today said as many as 2,300 new buses would be launched replacing the ageing vehicles... Participating at the inauguration of six new buses routes here, the Minister said Chief Minister M Karunanidhi had allotted a sum of Rs 100 crore and in the first phase, the State would get 2300 new buses. This is done with the view of replacing around 9,000 damaged buses in the State, he said...
